Are there multiple locations, and are they under the same ownership?
No, our store is independently owned and operated. Located at the northeast corner of Tatum and Thunderbird, Brothers Tailors is distinct from other stores that may share the same name.
Do I need an appointment for custom or ready-to-wear clothing?
Yes, appointments are necessary for custom fittings. Custom tailoring is highly detailed and requires time for our Master Clothiers to perfect.
Walk-ins may not always be possible. Ready-to-wear items do not require an appointment. However, if you prefer a specific clothier, we recommend scheduling an appointment.
How quickly can I have a suit tailored?
Our ready-to-wear suits can often be tailored within hours, or even while you wait. We have nine on-site tailors available for quick alterations when needed.
How long does it take to make a custom suit?
Custom suits take approximately 3-6 weeks, though we can offer rush services in special cases. Bespoke suits may require up to 8 weeks, depending on details and fittings.
What’s the difference between bespoke and made-to-measure suits?
Made-to-measure suits are tailored from a base pattern that’s adjusted to your measurements. Bespoke suits involve a fully custom pattern drawn by a master cutter, which requires over 40 hours of handcrafting.
How long does it take to make a custom shirt?
Custom shirts take around 3-5 weeks. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. We recommend placing orders in sets of three or four for added convenience.
